Mr. Mom

This was painted for the Trollan Sing-Along Contest currently going on in [3/7/11-4/30/11]

I wanted to do a comical entry to make up for the dark entry I had entered. I know that Prince Adam was actually a bit older when Orko came along, but for comical purposes, I made him much younger.

I had a certain amount of plans for this piece, but ended up changing it. Adam was originally supposed to be much cleaner, but with gum in his hair. It wasn't working out, so I just smeared him with dirt instead. I also got a bit lazy with Kringer's stripes.

However, Kringer was the most fun to paint...even moreso than Orko. As for Orko, I did a mix of Old Skool and 200X Orko. I didn't want to put as much effort into the clothing, but I wanted the extra big ears for Adam to grab onto.

The kids won't eat my charcoal cake
